Open Farm Return Policy?

Openfarmpet.com has a return policy that allows customers to return their purchases if they are not satisfied. Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase. This excludes purchases with more than 3 quantities of the same product. No returns are accepted for these orders.

To initiate a return, customers need to contact Open Farm's customer service via email at support@openfarmpet.com or call at 1-833-399-3403. The customer care associates will provide the appropriate return mailing address and instructions to process the return.

Once the returned product is received in the designated warehouse, an exchange or refund is processed. However, only the purchase price for the returned product is refunded. Shipping charges are not refunded.

If a purchase was made from one of Open Farm's authorized resellers, the customer should contact the reseller directly to arrange the return. Open Farm will credit the reseller’s account once the return has been processed.
